Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! To ensure we can accommodate all of our families, we maintain the following policy for all lesson cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time are non-refundable. More than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, you are eligible for a refund of up to 95% of the lesson fee (5% is retained to cover non-refundable payment processing fees). Important Note Regarding Pool Access: A Hotel Punch Pass Required: Please note that a hotel punch pass must be purchased directly from the hotel’s front desk to access the pool facility. This is an additional fee separate from your Ripple Effect swim lessons. Punch passes are approximately $68 for a pack of 10.
